I wasn’t totally sure this would work with my 4Runner, but it ended up fitting just fine. No weird clearance problems, and getting the bikes loaded was easy. For the price and how hassle-free it’s been, I’d say it’s a solid buy. Happy with it so far

Not gonna lie, it says it fits five bikes, but once you actually try to load them up, it feels way too cramped. Maybe it works with smaller bikes, but for us it was a tight squeeze.

I’ve only taken it out for a few rides and the paint is already chipping. that’s disappointing. I wasn’t expecting it to look worn out this quickly, especially after just a few rides. The paint shouldn’t be coming off already, and it just makes the whole thing feel less durable than I expected.

I’ve been using it for a bit now, and it definitely feels built tough. It has a solid, sturdy feel that gives me confidence it’ll hold up well. There might be a small thing or two that isn’t perfect, but nothing that really bothers me or takes away from how durable it feels overall.

I’ve been using this rack for a little while now, and overall I’m happy with it. It feels solid once everything is tightened down, and my bikes don’t wobble around nearly as much as I was worried they might, which made a big difference for me. On longer drives, I felt a lot more confident having the bikes back there because I wasn’t constantly checking the mirror every few seconds thinking something was shifting or bouncing too much. It did take me a little bit of time to get used to how it mounts and how everything should sit, so there was a small learning curve at first, but after using it a couple times it became much easier. Not perfect right out of the gate, but definitely sturdy and reliable enough that I’d keep using it.

The rack feels sturdy once it’s finally installed, but the instructions are awful. I don’t understand how they expect people to figure this out with such unclear directions. I had to keep rewatching videos and still ended up guessing on a few steps, which is ridiculous for something this expensive. Shipping was fine, but that doesn’t make up for the headache of putting it together. For the price, they really should’ve provided better documentation and made the install way easier. Not the worst product ever, but the company definitely dropped the ball here...

Unloading was fine. No real issue there. But loading the bikes back up? Way more effort than I expected. Kind of a pain, honestly.

I placed my order earlier in the week and wasn’t expecting it to arrive so soon, but it showed up a couple days ahead of what I had in mind. The box was in great shape when it got here, too — no dents, no damage, nothing to complain about. Really smooth experience overall.

This rack folds up really nice in the garage, and now the bikes aren’t sitting all over the floor like a bunch of annoying crap in everyone’s path. Way cleaner setup, and I’m not tripping over handlebars like an idiot anymore.

I ordered from VelociRAX the checkout process was a little frustrating. The page kept loading strangely, and after I paid I wasn’t even totally sure the order had gone through. Maybe it was just a site glitch, but part of me wondered if they make the process feel a bit vague so people don’t back out once they’re already close to buying.
The shipping updates were also slow, so I ended up emailing them to ask what was happening. They did respond, but it took longer than I expected. The product itself was fine once it arrived, but the whole ordering experience could definitely be smoother and more reassuring...

Had a small issue with my rack and reached out to the warranty team. They got back to me quickly and helped get everything sorted out. It did take a few days, but not a big deal. Then suddenly I was like, wait, this was actually smoother than I expected. Overall, good support and a easy experience.

I was a little unsure about whether my bike tires would sit right on this rack, but it ended up fitting really well. My wider tires and my kid’s smaller bike both go on without me having to fight with it. The wheels stay in place and don’t feel like they’re rubbing or bouncing around. It took me a couple tries to get used to loading it, but now it’s quick. Happy with it so far...

Overall, it’s a solid rack and does what I need it to do. I’d say 8 times out of 10 it’s totally fine, but on rougher roads there’s some road noise and a bit of rattling. It’s not awful or anything, just kind of annoying after 20 or 30 minutes of driving.

The rack works really well and feels super sturdy once it’s installed. I’m only giving it 4 stars because it’s heavier than I expected and kind of awkward to move around by myself. Maybe I should’ve realized that going in, so that might be on me. Once it’s on, though, loading and handling the bikes is easy

I’ve been using it for a bit now, and the frame has stayed surprisingly clean with no rub marks at all. Reading between the lines, that pretty much tells me the fit is right and nothing is shifting around where it shouldn’t.

So, yeah, the rack feels solid now that it’s finally put together, but getting it assembled was kind of a pain. The instructions were, like, not super clear in a few spots, and I ended up having to backtrack and redo a couple steps because the parts just didn’t line up the way I thought they were supposed to. It took way longer than I expected, which was frustrating. I mean, it’s not impossible or anything, but I definitely wouldn’t call it easy.

It works how I needed it to. The bikes fit on there easily, and there’s no rubbing, which is always my biggest complaint with these things. I can’t stand when the bikes rub, scratch, shift around, or just become a hassle. This one didn’t give me that problem, so no rubbing and easy fit, can’t complain too much.

I’ve been driving it for a while now, and the ground clearance has been decent overall. The only time I’ve scraped was a few weeks in, pulling into a really steep driveway. Other than that one moment, it’s handled normal roads and parking lots just fine

It fits my e-bike just fine, no issues getting it on, and it does what I needed it to do.

I’ve had it on my car through a few rainy weekends and some muddy roads, and it’s been holding up well so far. No rust that I can see, just a bit of dirt around the joints. It feels solid, so I’m hoping it keeps doing fine once winter hits
